All personal data of players are protected in a secure database.

 The Company or www.sportlife.com.mk will take the responsibility for its clients data security. The protection of the data is based on the recommendations of EGBA (European Gaming and Betting Association).

 We are taking responsibility for the manner of payment, selection of odds and games on our website in two directions: primarily, we protect our clients from misstakes like accidental selecting of odds. Online monitoring and experience of our bookmakers is focused to protect against fraud. Odds and betting slip manipulation is a crime, and will be treated as such. Therefore, to overcome all possible security problems we coordinate with the principles of ESSA (European Sports and Security Association) and EGBA.

 For security reasons, no personal data will be checked by a third party, except in the case of your consent. The Company reserves the right in case of suspicious data to send them to third parties (competent authorities for investigation of such cases). The Company complies with all regulations for the collection and processing of personal data and their protection. 

 In an event when you decide to close your account, with your request, all the data can be deleted, but only after the expiration of the period we are required to save the data specified in the Law on Games of Chance. Before the expiration of that period, all the information must be available for your safety in case of legal investigations of the authorities or court.
